A FAMILY HISTORY
Lachanenche is above all a story of family and values.
It began in 1994 when our parents, Nicole and Daniel Million Rousseau, farmers and lovers of the flavors of the Ubaye valley, created a raspberry liqueur after a particularly abundant harvest of fruit.
Pastis, liqueurs, genepi, eau-de-vie and gin are produced in short circuits and certified organic, 100% natural, without additives and without extracts or concentrates.
After several years of sharing and training, we decided to take over our parents' business in 2019. Proud of this heritage, we preserve an environmentally friendly method and create a new range of spirits, always based on local products. .

It is in the Ubaye Valley in the heart of the Southern Alps and at the gates of the Mercantour National Park that we produce all our spirits.
An exceptional land where biodiversity is one of the richest in Europe, we use plants from this natural garden for their aromatic intensity.
A constantly improving artisanal know-how combined with a traditional distillation technique, thanks to our century-old still, allow us to offer you fine and tasty alcohols.
