Our melon aperitif (15% vol) is made from melon juice and a white wine in order to find the typical flavors of this Provençal fruit.
Our melon aperitif is to be enjoyed plain, with or without ice cubes, but always very fresh.
Idea of consumption: with raw ham or accompanied by fresh figs.
