In 2014, Bétrice made a professional U-turn and decided to create her own company: “Les Gaillardises de l’Ubaye” was officially born.

Béatrice does not only make jams, she plays with structures and flavors to make you travel for breakfast or desert.

Jam Awards
In June 2017 and September 2018, she won 2nd in the "Talents Gourmands", a competition chaired by Alain Llorca, Michelin-starred chef and Mr Jany Gleize, starred chef at “La Bonne Etape” in Châteaux Arnoux (04).
In August 2017, she was 11th at the Confituriades de Beaupuy (47) . This championship brought together 46 candidates, 5 countries represented in addition to France.

In October 2019, Béatrice was named "Maître Confiturier" (Master Jam Maker) by Gourmet des Régions de France.

In 2020, Béatrice earned 3 gold medals from 1001 tastings for her “Pina Colada”, “Coconut Strawberry and Lime” and the organic cereal bars “croqu’barre”
