Product Details
Our babas are made according to the traditional recipe and in an artisanal way. They do not contain palm oil and are 100% pure butter. The babas are macerated in Caribbean rum (18% vol) carefully selected.
This 380g jar contains 10 babas.
Consumption idea: Make a gourmet coffee by adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a mini chocolate fondant.
INGREDIENTS
Liqueur 28.8 cl at 18% (sugar, rum 40% to 45% volume)
Babas (Flour, eggs, butter, water, baker's yeast, sugar, salt)
